We offer monthly and annual plans for our Pro Plan, while the Business Plan is billed annually based on the number of document signing tasks.
Do the people I send documents to need to pay anything?
Absolutely not. Once they receive a DottedSign document in their inbox, they can sign it on any device without needing a DottedSign account.
What happens if I go over my free plan limit?
Upgrade to the Pro plan for unlimited documents or the Business plan for advanced admin and security. You can start with a free trial before committing.
What are my payment methods?
You can use the credit card or Paypal to subscribe any plan. Download the invoice from our platform after the purchase. If you have certain specifications, please contact us directly.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed until you change your plan or cancel your account.
We need to add more users to our team. How will it be billed?
You're covered! Our Business Plan includes unlimited team members with no extra charges.
What is a signature task and how does it relate to my plan?
Our Business Plan is billed based on the number of signature tasks, including signature requests sent via SaaS, API, Self-Signing, and tasks completed through Public Form or Front Desk. Please note that documents signed via Public Form or Front Desk signing will only be counted towards usage when the task is completed. You can include one or more documents in one signature task.
We need to add more signature tasks to our team. How will it be billed?
As the Admin, you can purchase add-on signature tasks during the current billing period. Upon renewal, your task limits will be reset to match your current subscription plan. You can also choose to upgrade your Business plan to accommodate your company's growth needs.
What happens if I hit my signature task limits?
We will notify you when you are about to reach your task limits. Once you have hit the limit before the plan renews, you will not be able to send invites until the next billing period starts. You could choose to purchase add-on quotas, or upgrade your plan for bigger capacity.
