I have placed many orders and all were securely and neatly packaged. This was the only exception. My items were packed into a very oversized, awkward box that got slightly mashed during shipping. None of my items were damaged, however, and I am still happy with the price and quality of the products and will continue to purchase from this company.

Everything went as predicted. One item was not available yet but I had an option to wait for my complete order and save additional shipping. That is what I chose to do. As soon as it arrived my shipment was on it's way. It arrived as quickly as the USPS would allow and was packaged well.

You have very quick turn around for the products. Always getting new items out for the customer. I opted to receive my products at the store because I live so close. I was a little confused about when my order was going to be ready. Fortunately, we got that resolved and everything turned out just fine.
