Shipping policy

Shipping Areas

The shipping areas are on the product page, next to the product name. If it is not clarified, the product is available to be shipped to all shipping zones. (US, UK, Canada and most of European Union) More shipping areas will be available soon. All shipping costs are not refundable. 

Note: In many areas, Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. We offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.


Shipping Times

[Domestic Shipping]: 

Standard Shipping is generally delivered within 7 - 10 business days from the date of shipment. 
Expedited Shipping is generally delivered within 5 - 7 business days from the date of shipment.
Priority Shipping is generally delivered within 2 - 4 business days from the date of shipment.

Expected delivery times will vary depending on the location where the item is shipped. While we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, and Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply to these locations and delivery times will vary. During public holidays such as Christmas or Easter, Expedited Shipping and Priority shipping might not work as fast as they would. Customers may ask for a refund for the differences between the rate of standard shipping as a refund if they did not receive the order on their expected time. But it will not be a reason for a full refund on the order or using the '30-day money back' right.

[International Shipping]: 

Worldwide Shipping is generally delivered within 15 - 30 business days from its date of shipment. *Worldwide shipping normally ships out from ENACFIRE Factory in China. It may sometimes take much longer than expected due to customs checks. Note worldwide shipping orders can not be canceled after shipment till delivered. Orders will be defined as 'Lost' if there are no shipping updates within 2 months. Shipping info will be updated only if the worldwide shipping order has arrived at the destination country.

All orders will be arranged before 2:00 PM Pacific Time Monday to Friday. No Expedited shipping deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for Expedited shipping on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day. 

In terms of false shipping address entered(Changing address after shipping):

1. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping address information during the order placement. Any delivery errors or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not the responsibility of our company.
2. In the event of a delivery error or delay caused by the customer's erroneous or omitted address information, any additional logistics costs incurred for re-delivery will generally be borne by the customer.
3. Even if the customer refuses re-delivery, the order will still be considered complete, and no further refunds or compensation will be provided.

Please note that it is crucial for customers to carefully review and verify their shipping address before finalizing the order. There is a 2-hour address changing window if customers decide to change their address. If customers have changed their address successfully, we will provide evidence. Kindly keep the evidence for any incident. Our company will make every effort to ensure timely and accurate delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from customer-provided address information.



Note on shipping times and address:

Although we strive to ship out items purchased on our website within 24 to 48 business hours from the time of order confirmation, during the peak season we may ship confirmed orders out of our facilities within several days. 

We will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. International shipping including shipments to US protectorates, APO, FPO, and DPO is not available at this time for any shipping method.

Custom Tax or Duty:

All orders we receive from the US, UK, CA and most of the EU pay NO VAT.
For orders from other parts of the world, customers won't be charged additional fees if delivery is via regular mail services. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspections, you may have to pay a tariff. 


Return Policy

ENACFIRE offers returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Note: All shipping costs are not refundable. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Email support@enacfire.com with your defect details and order ID#.
Follow the instructions for shipping. 
When the item arrives in our office, we will check the item and place a new order/refund the purchase as necessary.
