All orders are processed within an estimated 1 to 2 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer FREE and paid shipping options. These can be seen and calculated at checkout. 

 

When will my product be shipped out / dispatched?

Most of our products are sent out on the same or next working day. In very rare cases, it may take an estimated 3 - 5 working days to process. Either way, don't worry, your order is being processed and we will ship it out asap.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

We normally send out tracking numbers to your email address within 2 - 3 working days. In rare cases, it may take within 5 - 7 working days due to the postal service delays that all businesses are currently facing. Either way, we will email you your tracking number.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

How do I check where my product is?

This website can be a little slow so please allow a couple of minutes for it to load once you have entered your tracking number.

 

My shipment is late, what can I do?

Firstly check the above options to see where your product is and track it. 

Most delays are due to the following reasons;

  1. Delays due to weather - Please check your tracking link which will include the carrier website link. Companies such as DHL, FedEx, DPD, Royal Mail, USPS, etc. will provide these updates on their websites using your tracking link.
  2. Customs delays - If your shipment is an international delivery you may experience a small delay at customs. Not to worry, your product is still on the way and will be delivered. Customs can be processed within 1 - 3 days normally and can take up to 2 - 3 weeks in rare cases.
  3. Missed scan - This means the courier missed scanning the product. You will know this is the case if your tracking link does not show updates for a while, however, the product will still be on its way to you. Please wait for the below timeframes before contacting us, as it's highly likely, the product will still be delivered to you.
  4. Pre-Orders: You may have ordered a product that is on its way to us. We will have had clear signs to make you aware of this and this will also be on your receipt. We can't give an exact date to when it will arrive, however, when it does, we pick and pack your order super-fast! So, don't worry, your order is with us and will be on its way to you soon! We'll email you once we dispatch your package.
