Log into your account, pick your dates and cabin type. Upon booking, your credit will automatically be applied. You'll receive your cabin information the week of your stay.

FAQ
How do I book with a pack?
After purchasing your Getaway Often Pack, the credits will be added to your account. When you're ready to book, simply log in, select your dates and choose your cabin (Classic Cabins with Outdoor Suites are not eligible). Upon booking, your credit will automatically be applied.
What's included in the pack?
All packs include credits for bookings in either our two or four person cabins, at any of our Outposts on any available dates. Packs are not applicable to Classic Cabins with Outdoor Suites. If you book a reservation longer than the pack credits will cover, the pack credits will apply to the lower-priced nights, you will be responsible for the additional nights at the time of booking. Any additional charges like pet fees, firewood, provisions, or additional nights will be charged to your card on file.
How long do I have to redeem my packs?
Pack credits can be used within two years of purchase date for all bookings, excluding Classic Cabins with Outdoor Suites. We encourage you to book your Getaways in advance, and often.
How do the mix-and-match nights work?
Both the Four Night pack and the Six Night pack can be used for any combination of nights—multiple one-night stays, one long trip, two shorter trips, or however you’d like to use it, based on our availability. The Three Night Pack must be used for one three-night trip.
Are packs refundable?
Packs are not refundable, but if you cancel or reschedule your reservation(s) 15 or more days out, your Getaway Often pack credit will be fully reinstated. If you cancel or reschedule your reservation(s) less than 15 days out, no credit will be reinstated. Please note that packs cannot be altered once purchased and are not applicable to Classic Cabins with Outdoor Suites. New packs must be purchased separately.
Can I use a gift card or promo code to purchase a Getaway Often pack?
Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Getaway Often packs.
Is there a minimum and maximum length of stay?
Some of our locations currently require a 2-night minimum when booking on specific dates based on seasonality, property, and demand. If this restriction applies to your desired dates, the website will not allow you to proceed. If the website allows you to proceed, then the restriction does not apply to those dates. Weekdays are Sunday through Thursday nights. To increase the benefits of nature and disconnecting, we recommend guests stay for at least two nights. All Getaways have a maximum stay of seven nights.
Are there blackout dates?
There are no blackout dates. You're free to use your packs pending availability and Outpost-level restrictions noted above.
Can I upgrade packs after purchase?
We cannot upgrade an already purchased pack, though you can purchase another pack separately.
