Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. All orders ship from New York City. Orders of $500.00 USD or more ship for free in the USA and Canada. 

NYC order pickup is available at our Williamsburg, Brooklyn warehouse for a $10.00 fee. Please email info@niathomas.co to have your order pickup arranged.

All domestic orders ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS. All international orders ship with DHL or UPS. You will be provided a tracking number upon shipment. NIA THOMAS is not liable for shipments once the order is in possession of UPS, DHL or USPS. Please direct any subsequent delivery questions or concerns to the package courier. 


Customers placing an international order are responsible for paying import duties and taxes, as determined by the destination country. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

If you need us to deliver to PO box, please email info@niathomas.co for us to arrange your package being sent via USPS.

  • After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee. 

Please let us know in the notes section when you place an order if you'd like to sign for your package (please make sure to do this if you've had a package gone missing or stolen before).

If you believe your package is damaged or missing, please file a claim with UPS here and DHL here .

Nia Thomas is not responsible for providing refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Nia Thomas.

We are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept qualifying returns for store credit if requested within 7 days of receipt. Qualifying returns must be from domestic orders of full-price, unworn, and unwashed styles with all original tags attached. International orders, one of a kind pieces, sale items and handmade knits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All orders are considered final sale after 7 days from receipt.

The CUSTOMER ORDER NUMBER can be easily found in the subject and body of your Order and Shipment confirmation emails, as well as on the packing slip put in your package.

Nia Thomas LTD holds the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements.
