Shipping policy

Shipping times and cost:

  • Standard US: 5 to 7 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days) - FREE!!!
  • Standard Canada: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 7 business days) - $10-$20 (per item)
  • Standard UK: 5 to 9 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 7 business days) - $10-$35 (per item)
  • Standard AU: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 7 business days) - $10-$20 (per item)
  • Standard EU (France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland): 5 to 12 business days (but usually ships between 3 to 7 business days) - $10-$20 (per item)
  • Other EU countries and the Rest of the World: For worldwide Canvas Prints shipping prices and time, please contact us!

General Information

All orders are subject to availability and production process.

If a delay occurs, we will upgrade your shipping method at no additional charge. 

Products may also be delivered separately.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the U.S. and U.S. territories, Canada, United Kingdom, EU (most countries) and Australia.

Delivery Instructions

Once we pass your order for shipping we will send you the tracking number for all of your items to your e-mail address. Please note, we may send different emails for each individual shipment.

 

 

Damaged Items in Transport

If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately by email: support@popartyou.com, and we will be happy to replace your damaged artwork. We do not require damaged items to be returned. However, we need you to provide photos of the damage so that our shipping department can handle the claim process with our carrier properly.

Cancellations

If your artwork has not been sent to production, and you don't want to continue your artwork project with us, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

    Order never arrived
      If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

      First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect and the item wasn’t already shipped, we will be happy to change address. However, in all other cases, we will have to reproduce your item and this will come at an extra cost.

      If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@popartyou.com making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done.
