The Upgrade Program is open to residents of the United States. Additionally, the program will soon be available to the UK and Europe.
To save you time and effort, we don't require you to ship your old product to us. However, as part of the upgrade process, we need you to upload two photos of your old device showing the front of your device and the serial number.

The product serial number can generally be found on the device, if not found, we allow you to submit 2 pictures of the device.
